|
A 65-year-old male was admitted with atypical fatigue and mild pedal edema. He was diagnosed with anomalous origin of the right coronary artery from the pulmonary artery on transthoracic echocardiography and multi-slice computed tomography. Advanced functional echocardiography showed good biventricular function. The patient tolerated optimal medical treatment, and no further surgery was necessary.
